Sapphire Financial Consultants LLC is a small, minority woman-owned business that provides Financial Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Program and Project Management support to Federal Government agencies. Sapphire delivers superior customer support to clients while providing a full spectrum of Financial and Investment Management support which includes budgetary planning, cost control, exhibits, and fiscal analysis.
Headquartered in College Park, MD, Sapphire employs and places consultants at some of the most prominent Federal entities in the DC metro area. Since our establishment in 2018 we have acquired contracts with Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Education, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Small Business Administration (SBA). Clients value our acute attention to detail, thorough knowledge of CPIC, and extensive experience meeting Federal Regulatory requirements and reporting such as the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), Government Accountability Office (GAO) audits, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Technology Business Management (TBM).
